Surf Lessons must be booked or changed minimum 24h before.

The no-show to a booked Surf Lesson will be charged.

The Surf Lessons schedule is done by the Surf School and it’s not flexible to the student’s availability. Its done according to the best conditions from maximum safety and join of the clients.

All the Surfing Packages have 1 year duration since the day it was bought.

No refunds of any Surf Lessons / Surf Packages (except in case of serious illness or injury).

Surf Lessons schedule can change and the students will be informed min 12h before.

Beach transfers from Cascais center  are available under request.

Lessons in the Surf Packages can be cancelled due to lack of waves or extreme conditions. Another lesson will be booked or we make a voucher to use another time.

CANCELLATION POLICY – adapted due to COVID-19

After the booking confirmation is made, we will accept the cancellation on the following terms:

Until 15 days prior to arrival, we will refund  (50%);

Temos serviços de Transfer do centro de Cascais para a praia disponíveis. Por favor contactar para marcações e disponibilidade.

Se por algum motivo alguma aula for cancelada (falta de condições de segurança, etc.), será de imediato sugerido outro dia/hora ou emitido um voucher para compensar a aula perdida.
